A Quick Tax Deadline Reminder
Corporations need to file 2010 Form 1120 or 1120S if you requested a 6 mth extension by September 15, 2011. Partnerships need to file 2010 Form 1065 if you requested a 5 mth extension by September 15, 2011 as well.
