		<description>Senator DeMint essentially said that it was unfair to give an advantage to veterans in the hiring process, especially when so many other people are trying to get jobs. It&#039;s kind of interesting that no other senator seemed to agree with him. And obviously, with any sort of incentive, this has the possibility of being abused. It will be interesting to see what happens because of this in the next few years.</description>
