Brian S. Price, CPA — Founding Principal

Brian founded the CPA firm in 1995 and has over 20 years of experience serving the needs of growing businesses. His areas of experience range from individual and corporate taxation to business financial reporting. His primary disciplines include advanced tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, and operational planning for small to medium-sized businesses.

Successfully building client relationships is as important to Brian as the numbers. One aspect of public accounting that he is most proud of is his ability to understand his clients’ needs and serve them as a trusted advisor.

Brian earned his degree in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jason George, CPA — Director of Tax and Managing Partner

Jason leads a dynamic group of professionals that specialize in tax compliance and consulting. His expertise ranges from high net worth individuals to closely held businesses to large public corporations. His areas of specialization include real estate, oil and gas, retail, and manufacturing. Through Jason’s experience, he is able to provide clients with proactive professional tax planning and consulting to help them achieve their strategic business goals.

Jason is a Texas Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Public Certified Accountants (TSCPA), and the Dallas Chapter of the TSCPA. Jason received his Bachelor’s degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas.

Jon Gwynn, CPA – Director of Audit

Jon joined PriceKubecka in 2012 as the firm’s Director of Audit and has over 11 years of public accounting experience, beginning his career at Arthur Andersen LLP. His primary industries include oil and gas exploration and production, oilfield services, technology, manufacturing, software and restaurant and entertainment. Jon has extensive experience working with privately held and publicly traded companies.

Jon is a CPA and belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Acccountants.  Jon also currently serves as the Programs Committee Chair with the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies (COPAS) of Dallas and as the Event Finance Director with the Finance Forum. Jon received a BS in Accounting in 1999 from the University of Alabama and earned his MS in Accounting in 2000.
