Our methods and working relationships with our clients are diametrically opposed to those of most other CPA firms. Most firms take the accounting data from the client either as hard copy or computer back-up media, or even in email. When the data is received, they turn it over to a clerk who enters it into the CPA’s software, where it is converted into the traditional AICPA formatted financial statement. Then after a brief review, it is bound and regurgitated, often 45–60 days later, as a “historical” document.

At PriceKubecka we don’t believe that the old system makes sense. Today’s business owners use sophisticated software tools to help them run their businesses. Many are linked directly to accounting packages; even the QuickBooks or Peachtree accounting programs of today provide good accounting capability. We focus on making sure that the information in our clients’ accounting systems is always accurate and always complete.

Paperless CPA Firm

We accomplish this in a very cost-effective manner. We are a “paperless” CPA firm. All of our accountants operate wirelessly. That means that we are equally efficient whether we’re working in your office or ours. We can access files, data or historic tax returns, or research a problem no matter where we are.

Our focus is on your in-house accounting program. We work with your program, whether it’s QuickBooks, Timberline, Great Plains or anything in between. Our job is to ensure that the accounting information in your system is always correct. We do that, not just to comply with the rules or for tax reasons, but so that your accounting information can be used to generate financial reports and analyses that you know you can depend on to run your company.
